{"id":966,"date":"2020-05-24T10:37:45","date_gmt":"2020-05-24T08:37:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sensoblog.com\/?p=966"},"modified":"2021-07-12T14:34:51","modified_gmt":"2021-07-12T12:34:51","slug":"quel-impact-des-technologies-immersives-sur-lattitude-des-consommateurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.musicotel.com\/blog\/2020\/05\/24\/quel-impact-des-technologies-immersives-sur-lattitude-des-consommateurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Quel impact des technologies immersives sur l\u2019attitude des consommateurs ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la continuit\u00e9 de nos derniers articles, et alors que de plus en plus de retailers int\u00e8grent des technologies de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelles ou augment\u00e9es \u00e0 leur point de vente (Reebok, Club Med, L\u2019Or\u00e9al), nous pouvons nous poser la question de savoir comment les consommateurs r\u00e9agissent face aux technologies immersives lors de leur shopping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En effet, ces outils qui permettent de cr\u00e9er des environnements innovants et enrichis, donnent aux acheteurs une repr\u00e9sentation plus r\u00e9aliste, tout en am\u00e9liorant le sentiment de pr\u00e9sence. \u00a0D\u00e8s lors, doit-on consid\u00e9rer que les environnements immersifs, et notamment ceux mobilisant la 3D, les attirent davantage ? Et si oui, pour quelles raisons ? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On constate en fait que les technologies immersives rendent les points de vente plus attractifs, plus ludiques, et procurent au consommateur davantage d\u2019amusement lors de ses achats.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A condition d\u2019\u00eatre faciles \u00e0 utiliser, elles am\u00e9liorent la perception globale que celui-ci aura du magasin et de son exp\u00e9rience. Elles am\u00e9liorent \u00e9galement sa satisfaction, ainsi que le niveau d\u2019interactivit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;amusement, en particulier, est au c\u0153ur du processus. L&rsquo;immersion donne une image du point de vente plus moderne, plus interactive, et plus fun.
