Ces \u00e9changes sont une mine de donn\u00e9es pour les marketeurs car elles leur permettent d\u2019atteindre leurs consommateurs de mani\u00e8re plus cibl\u00e9e, et donc plus efficace. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont le vecteur le plus important du bouche \u00e0 oreille en ligne, car ils sont d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la mise en relation d\u2019individus qui discutent autour de th\u00e9matiques vari\u00e9es. Pour autant, plusieurs subtilit\u00e9s sont \u00e0 prendre en consid\u00e9ration. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En premier lieu, il faut avoir en t\u00eate que les r\u00e9seaux sociaux n\u2019ont pas tous la m\u00eame importance, et n\u2019influencent pas les comportements de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. On distingue les r\u00e9seaux de masse (Facebook , Twitter) qui vont stimuler la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de la marque, des r\u00e9seaux plus commerciaux (Pinterest) qui engageront le consommateur, jusqu\u2019au stade o\u00f9 il consid\u00e9rera activement l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019acheter. Ces derniers font na\u00eetre le besoin chez un internaute en recherche d\u2019inspiration et de recommandations, contexte dans lequel le bouche \u00e0 oreille aura beaucoup de pouvoir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second point, le bouche \u00e0 oreille n\u2019aura pas les m\u00eames cons\u00e9quences en fonction du stade auquel il intervient. Un internaute n\u2019ayant pas de besoin pr\u00e9cis mais qui entend parler positivement d\u2019un produit ira probablement le consulter, sans que cela n\u2019aille forc\u00e9ment plus loin. En revanche, un internaute sur le point de finaliser son achat sera particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9ceptif et influenc\u00e9 par ce qui se dira. En d\u2019autres termes, le bouche \u00e0 oreille num\u00e9rique joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif, et pourra encourager ou casser une conversion. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce qui le caract\u00e9rise, et qui le diff\u00e9rencie finalement des conversations physiques, c\u2019est donc \u00e0 la fois son fort potentiel d\u2019amplification et l\u2019impact direct et imm\u00e9diat qu\u2019il pourra avoir sur les ventes d\u2019un e-commer\u00e7ant. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De l\u00e0 \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer le bouche \u00e0 oreille num\u00e9rique comme le plus important, il n\u2019y a qu\u2019un pas\u2026 qu\u2019il serait dangereux de franchir. De fait, 90% des conversations \u00e0 propos d\u2019un produit, d\u2019un service ou d\u2019une marque ont encore lieu hors ligne, dont les trois quarts en face \u00e0 face.
