Une \u00e9tude de Coriolis Service a montr\u00e9 que le temps d\u2019attente moyen r\u00e9el est de 1 minute et 58 secondes l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les clients pensent attendre pr\u00e8s de 5 minutes ! Dans le m\u00eame temps, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone est utilis\u00e9 dans 94% des cas pour joindre le service client d\u2019une entreprise. Comment cr\u00e9er une attente t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique pertinente ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A notre sens il suffit de suivre ces quelques r\u00e8gles simples et de bon sens :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1- Fournir des informations utiles pour l\u2019appelant<\/strong><br>Il n\u2019y a rien de pire qu\u2019une attente \u00ab vide \u00bb o\u00f9 aucune information n\u2019est fournie. Ce temps de 2 minutes d\u2019attente t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique est une formidable opportunit\u00e9 pour informer vos appelants de vos derni\u00e8res actualit\u00e9s, de votre pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 un salon, de vos horaires de bureau, d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 rassembler pour un traitement plus rapide du dossier, etc. Ce n\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui manquent ! Il faut cependant veiller \u00e0 renouveler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le message diffus\u00e9 au moment de l\u2019attente pour \u00e9viter toute forme de lassitude aupr\u00e8s des personnes qui vous appellent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2- Eviter la fausse bonne id\u00e9e de diffuser la radio FM<\/strong><br>Parfois les entreprises veulent \u00e9viter la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition au moment de leur attente t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique et elles branchent la radio\u2026 c\u2019est une fausse bonne id\u00e9e ! En effet, la qualit\u00e9 audio de la radio FM qui passe dans le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone est tr\u00e8s relative d\u2019une part. D\u2019autre part, vous vous exposer \u00e0 diffuser des mauvaises nouvelles, les publicit\u00e9s des concurrents ou des contenus musicaux qui ne sont pas du tout en lien avec l\u2019image de marque que vous aimeriez v\u00e9hiculer \u00e0 propos de votre entreprise. Notre recommandation est clairement de ma\u00eetriser le contenu diffus\u00e9 sur votre accueil t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique d\u2019une part et de le renouveler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3- Veiller \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de la voix utilis\u00e9e<\/strong><br>Nous ne le r\u00e9p\u00e9terons jamais assez, la voix du com\u00e9dien ou de la com\u00e9dienne conditionne fortement la perception de votre attente t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique. Il faut choisir des voix professionnelles avec un grain et une tessiture de voix qui correspond \u00e0 votre identit\u00e9 de marque ! Elle ne manquera \u00e9videmment pas d\u2019\u00eatre chaleureuse, accueillante, souriante et d\u2019\u00e9noncer le message au bon rythme. Etre voix c\u2019est un vrai m\u00e9tier, et votre accueil t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique est important ! Confiez-le \u00e0 des professionnels du sujet !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4- Veiller \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de la musique choisie<\/strong><br>La musique choisie est \u00e9galement importante car la musique a un impact fort sur notre cerveau, nos \u00e9motions, nos pens\u00e9es et notre perception. Ici l\u2019objectif est de minimiser le caract\u00e8re d\u00e9plaisant du temps d\u2019attente au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ! La musique choisie devra donc \u00eatre con\u00e7ue pour l\u2019accueil t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique (certaines contraintes sp\u00e9cifiques sont \u00e0 prendre en compte pour la composition des musiques). Elle devra \u00e9galement correspondre aux valeurs que vous souhaitez v\u00e9hiculer ou prendre en compte le contexte de l\u2019appelant.
